My life's work is to teach birth professionals how to resuscitate newborns, in the LEAST traumatic way.
With over 29 years of experience as an AAP/NRP Instructor and Midwife, I've taught over 10,000 people, globally, helping birth professionals gain confidence and know exactly how to respond in an emergency.
My speciality is birth debriefs. Midwives and nurses call and share their resuscitation experiences. Their good and bad outcomes. Talking helps “make sense” of what happened and what they can do better, or differently. From these 900+ hours of debriefs, I know what midwives typically do well during resuscitation and I teach what commonly gets missed.
